3D Printing
It’s November 2024, and for the past few months, I’ve found myself lost in the depths of 3D printing communities, scrolling through endless posts of incredible creations and bizarre, humorous objects people have printed. From intricate models to quirky gadgets, the sheer variety and creativity have been absolutely great. I’ve been a spectator, amazed by the talent and the sheer fun people have with their 3D printers, all while reminding myself that I already have far too many hobbies as it is....

At the end of 2023, I created a little project that let people send us Holiday greetings over the internet to decorate a wall of fame and spread joy throughout our home. When people sent in wishes or doodles, they could witness their creation roll out of a little thermal printer at my home. A dedicated filmcrew made sure there was a life stream of the printer 24x7 on Youtube....
